Offer Letter and Induction

Reference checks and Police Clearances
All employees hired by SECURIC whether for in-house or for third party contract staffing undergo stringent screening and background checks for the last five years of employment. Screening includes educational verification and attestation and verbal or written reference checks from previous employers. Any gaps in employment are identified and proper references cited for any accepted gaps. All employees hired by SECURIC who have been in UAE for more than 6 months, have to provide a character certificate from Dubai police.
